Depro AS has developed a specially designed test-bench. The test-bench is made to qualify new technology for the subsea industry. It utilizes the best available technology to optimize test performance when testing material limitations and material integrity.
The test-bench design, selection of materials, and the technology used, was designed by our in-house multidiscipline engineering department. All vital components are Depro designed products.
For the heavy load performance, we use hydraulic cylinders, and for the medium and low force we use electrical linear actuators. The test-bench is delivered with a Depro HPU with integrated monitoring functions and control system. Allowing our customer NORCE to implement the test-bench into their control system and run the unit as an integrated part of their operational system.
The first test will be performed to qualify new technology for Equinor for the Wisting field development.
